Images from the BRaTS Challenge training set. Left-to-right: In the first two columns we show our SIBIA-GlS segmentation (outlined with a red box) followed by the ground truth segmentation (provided by the BRATS17 organizers). In the last three columns, we show the T2, T1ce and FLAIR MRI images for each case. In the segmentation images (the rst two columns), white is enhancing tumor, light gray is edema, and dark gray is non-enhancing tumor.
