Figures showing the MRI results for the cerebrospinal fluid of mice examined in the experiment. Dynamic difference images before and after glucose infusion for healthy (WT) mice (figure A, B) and mice with Alzheimer’s disease (APP, figure C, D) at 6 months (6M) and 16 months (16M) show that, mice with Alzheimer’s disease are showing higher glucose uptake (red line in figure E) at young age and slower clearance (red line in figure E and orange line in figure F) in both young and old ages.
