Human Cancer Cells (IMAGE) University of Leicester Caption These microscope images show human cancer cells going through the process of division. The cell on the left is untreated whereas the cell on the right has lost Hsp70. This reveals how interfering with Hsp70 prevents assembly of the robust scaffold (green) on which chromosomes (blue) are separated. The red dots show where the scaffold attach to the chromosomes.
