励起子内の正孔の周囲に存在する電子の確率分布

極小の物理学では、量子の奇妙な概念が適用される。電子は粒子であると同時に波でもあるため、電子の位置と運動量を同時に把握することは不可能である。しかし、励起子の確率雲によって正孔の周囲で電子が存在する確率が高い場所が示される。研究チームは、波動関数を測定して励起子の確率雲の画像を作成した。
