Synoviocyte Migration (VIDEO)

Real-time imaging of migrating fibroblast-like synoviocytes (FLS) after scratch wounding. Untreated FLS rapidly migrate toward the wound edge, while FLS treated with RPTPσ Ig1&2 display disorganized and slower migration. Video was acquired by time-lapse microscopy using a Zeiss Axiovert 200M Marianas system and images were recorded at one frame per minute.
