Nano-photodetector Fabricated on the 6-inch Substrate Using the Chemical-free Nanotransfer Printing Technique (IMAGE)

These are the images and performance results of the nano-photodetector fabricated on the 6-inch substrate using the chemical-free nanotransfer printing technique. The results show the responsivity error range of ~3%, and the standard deviation for averaged net photocurrent of less than 2%. These results indicate the excellent uniformity, thus showing the excellence in technique performances.
