Intracellular distribution of Pib2 complex and TOR complex: Pib2 complex and TOR complex are linked to Green and Red fluorescent proteins respectively, and their localization was observed by fluorescent microscopy. Both are distributed over the vacuolar membrane when glutamine is available, and gather to one puncta when glutamine is unavailable. See also Figure 1.
