Research Strategy for Identifying Cyclic Peptides that Facilitate Small Intestinal Absorption (IMAGE)
Caption
Orally administered biopharmaceuticals must permeate human small intestinal epithelial cells. This may be done by identifying innovative cyclic peptides that facilitate small intestinal absorption of phage macromolecules that are larger than biopharmaceuticals.
