左图是克隆效率高的水牛成纤维细胞，具有核内异染色质较少，H3K9ac修饰水平高，H3K9me3修饰水平低的染色质特征以及糖酵解代谢旺盛的代谢理特点。右图是克隆效率低的水牛成纤维细胞，其染色质状态、代谢特点与克隆效率高的细胞恰恰相反。调控低克隆效率的水牛成纤维细胞细胞代谢途径向糖酵解偏移，可使细胞的染色质状态向克隆效率高的染色质状态转变。
