Partha Mohanram is the John H. Watson Chair in Value Investing and a professor of accounting at the University of Toronto's Rotman School of Management. He is also the director of the India Innovation Institute. Prof. Mohanram has published extensively in the top accounting and management journals, with publications in The Accounting Review, Review of Accounting Studies, Journal of Accounting Research, Journal of Accounting and Economics, Contemporary Accounting Research and Management Science. He is considered to be one of the leading experts in the area of valuation, with many papers on fundamental analysis and the measurement of implied cost of capital. His papers are highly cited by academic colleagues and are featured in the business press. He obtained his PhD in Business Economics from Harvard. Prior to that, he obtained his PGDM (MBA) from IIM-Ahmedabad, and a B.Tech in Computer Science from IIT-Madras.
