The American Physical Society’s March Meeting begins next week with presentations on new research in climate science, medicine, biological physics, quantum information, superconductivity, condensed matter, and more. The conference will be in person in Minneapolis and online everywhere March 3-8.

Press Kit
There are no press conferences planned for this year’s program. However, tip sheets about newsworthy presentations are now available in the March Meeting press kit. Registered journalists and public information officers will also receive emails with press information daily for the duration of the meeting.

Squishy Science Sunday
Press registrants may join other meeting attendees and the public for a celebration of biophysics, polymers, soft matter, and statistical physics. This free event on March 3 will include hands-on experiments, scientific demonstrations, and conversations with physicists.

Gallery of Soft Matter
The annual Gallery of Soft Matter — a visual arts competition that illustrates the science and beauty of soft matter — will be on display throughout the meeting.

Scientific Program
The March Meeting will include more than 900 sessions and 11,000 individual presentations spanning all areas of the physical sciences. For more information, search the scientific program. All times are in Central time.
