Academic Freedom is a cornerstone of higher education and research. This fundamental principle safeguards scholars' autonomy to explore, question, and challenge the boundaries of established knowledge and assumptions within their disciplines. On 28 May 2024 at 10-11am CEST, Frontiers Policy Labs is hosting a webinar Powering academic freedom - Essential insights for policy makers to explore why Academic Freedom matters, including its influence on societal development, and what can be down to tackle threats to this freedom.
