Examples of different tumour cell types

image:

H&E swatches representing pathology textures of each tumor subtype within a resection from a single patient (C3_D4). Swatches are selected analytically by ranking spots by their pathology and transcriptional metrics from the low-bulk spatial atlas. Low-bulk spots are plotted on top in blue-to-red circles. Circle color corresponds to signature score: ductal signature in the ductal-like H&E image, classical signature in PanIn and classical H&E images, proliferative signature in the proliferative H&E image, and basal signature in intermediate, basal, and fibroblast-high H&E images.
