image: This infographic highlights the structure and findings of a 6-month municipal multidomain intervention for older adults in Kikuyo Town, Japan. The program combines weekly sessions of cognitive training, exercise, group work, and daily lifestyle self-monitoring. Key results demonstrate high feasibility—achieving a 91.5% average attendance rate and 98% participant enjoyment—alongside significant improvements in attention and dietary balance scores.
