环境变化与蔬菜和豆类产量

通过回顾在1975年到2016年间发表了174篇论文，一项研究探索了包括环境温度、大气二氧化碳与臭氧浓度、水可利用度以及盐度的变化等环境变化对非主粮植物和豆类的产量与营养质量的可能冲击，结果发现臭氧浓度的增加、水可利用度的减少以及水盐度的增加都与农作物产量减少有联系；相比之下，二氧化碳浓度的增加与农作物产量的增加有联系，这提示对于蔬菜与豆类的农业生产可能具有意义。
