乳腺癌的磁共振成像

科研人员报告了使用超极化碳13磁共振成像（HP 13C-MRI）监测了7名乳腺癌病人的碳13标记的丙酮酸盐转化成乳酸盐，结果发现乳酸盐的形成与更高的肿瘤等级有关联，还与缺氧指示因子HIF1α以及丙酮酸盐输运者MCT1的表达有关联，并且提示了超极化碳13磁共振成像（HP 13C-MRI）用于乳腺肿瘤的非侵入式特征描述与监测的可行性。
