video: Bat attack is increasingly directed towards the posterior end of moths as hindwing length increases. Here, a big brown bat (Eptesicus fuscus) targets its attack at the tails of a luna (Actias luna) and African moon moth (Argema mimosae), ripping the tails off and allowing the moth to fly away.
