小鼠的多疾病基因疗法

科研人员报告说，基于3个长寿相关基因 FGF21、 �Klotho和sTGF�R2的小鼠基因疗法改良了年龄相关疾病，这包括肥胖、II型糖尿病、心脏衰竭以及视网膜衰竭，联合其中2个疗法的单一配方有能力治疗小鼠的这全部4种年龄相关疾病，这组作者说，这提示基因疗法的组合可能有助于解决独特的年龄相关疾病之间的联系性，并且延长人类健康时期。
