image: First-in-human PET images (A, based on the new radiolabeled peptide) showing melanoma metastases (black arrows) in the brain, lung, and small intestine of a melanoma patient. Routine PET imaging based on F-FDG (B) was also performed for comparison. This material relates to a paper that appeared in the Nov. 7, 2018, issue of Science Translational Medicine, published by AAAS. The paper, by J.
