阿兹海默病的可能的药物靶标

与接受假治疗的对照组相比，对阿兹海默病（AD）的一种转基因小鼠模型使用组蛋白去乙酰化酶3（HDAC3）的一种药理抑制剂RGFP-966，减少了脆弱的大脑区域的β-淀粉样蛋白，增加了一种β-淀粉样蛋白降解酶的血浆水平，在疾病相关部位逆转了tau蛋白磷酸化，并且改善了空间记忆和识别记忆，这提示组蛋白去乙酰化酶3（HDAC3）代表了阿兹海默病（AD）的几种标志的一个潜在药物靶标。
