中国的内陆水体

科研人员分析了在1984年到2015年之间拍摄的中国的卫星照片，并估计了大于1平方公里的内陆水体湖泊、池塘以及蓄水的数量比此前估计的大0.3到1.5倍，而中国全部水体的总和表面积比此前估计的大0.2到0.5倍；这组作者还发现，气候变化和人类活动作用于现存水体的消失，例外是水体因为冰川融化而扩张的高海拔地区。
