昼夜节律钟与对免疫接种的应答

一项关于在一天的白天和晚间的不同时间接种了装载抗原的树突状细胞的小鼠的免疫应答的研究发现，与其他时间点相比，当疫苗是在白天正午接种的时候，免疫接种导致了更高的抗原特异性CD8+ T细胞的增殖；进一步的实验提示，CD8+ T细胞的昼夜节律钟通过影响这些细胞的转录程序从而控制了这种应答的程度，并且让这些细胞或多或少地依照一天时间的不同而有不同的响应程度。
