苔原土壤微生物与气候变化

科研人员报告说,与对照地块相比,在阿拉斯加实验变暖的永冻土地块上的土壤微生物群落功能结构改变与生态系统呼吸和甲烷排放增加有关;在最初永冻土层的上边界即表面之下45到55厘米处,涉及甲烷生成的基因的相对丰度随着变暖而增加,而涉及碳水化合物代谢的基因在15到25厘米的更浅层变得更丰富,这为苔原微生物群落对变暖的响应提供了见解。
