科研人员报告说,对来自西伯利亚南部博尔巴任古城遗址地基的木材年轮的放射性碳测年表现出了公元775年的大气碳14突然增加的迹象;这项发现再加上对最后生长的年轮的微结构的分析,能让这组作者确定博尔巴任古城开始建造的准确年份和季节��也就是公元777年夏季��这为这个古城的起源和目的提供了见解。
