向自体免疫靶标引入免疫耐性

由8名多发性硬化患者以及4名视神经脊髓炎患者��这两种疾病都是自体免疫疾病��参与的一项1b期临床实验发现，被改造成携带特定抗原的树突状细胞的引入，导致了可以表明免疫耐受的发展的一种免疫系统组成部分IL-10的制造，这组作者说，这提示了这种经过改造的树突状细胞可能向自体免疫靶标引入耐性。
