Diversity among US radiation, medical oncology faculty

What The Study Did: The results of this study indicate that despite marginal improvements, more progress is needed to recruit and retain a diverse workforce in both radiation and medical oncology, as the current academic workforce doesn't reflect the diversity of the general U.S. cancer population.
