About The Study: This review of transplant and birth outcomes of uterus transplant recipients in the U.S. since the first case in 2016 indicates safety for the recipient, living donor and child and that uterus transplant may be a viable method for women with uterine-factor infertility to have children.

Authors: Liza Johannesson, M.D., Ph.D., of the Baylor University Medical Center in Dallas, is the corresponding author.
