About the editor

Dr. Madhukar Saxena, Senior Researcher in Department of Biotechnology, Babasaheb Bhimrao Ambedkar University, Lucknow, India. He has published many national and international publications in the field of molecular biology, biochemistry, clinical genetics and stem cell biology of type 2 diabetes mellitus. He is also the author, editor and co-editor of many publications of international repute.  He received prestigious grants from Department of Science and Technology, University Grant Commission and Indian Council of Medical Research, New Delhi. He has received best Young Scientist Award from Zoological Society of India and S.C. Pant Memorial Award from Society of Professional Biotechnologist, India. Dr. Madhukar is working in the field of adipocyte biology in relation to Diabetes Mellitus.
