Recently, Food Science of Animal Products (FSAP) has been officially included in the Emerging Sources Citation Index (ESCI) by Web of Science, a leading global provider of scientific and scholarly research information. All articles published by FSAP since 2023 will be included in ESCI. Its first impact factor will be released in 2027.

Professor Xiangfeng Duan is the Distinguished Professor at University of California, Los Angeles.
