Ben Parsons, left, Rebekah Drysdale and Seth Hufford have investigated calcium bioavailability in poultry for the Arkansas Agricultural Experiment Station. Parsons is an assistant professor of poultry nutrition with the experiment station, the University of Arkansas System’s Center of Excellence for Poultry Science and the Dale Bumpers College of Agricultural, Food and Life Sciences. Drysdale is a Ph.D. student and Hufford is a program technician.
