A Breakthrough in Parkinson's Research: Precision Diagnosis and Treatment with AI and Optogenetics​

Using five cameras, the AVATAR system reconstructed mouse movements in 3D. From a total of 340 features, the optimal 30 were selected to build an AI model that predicts PD status and severity. In the severe group, the AI-predicted PD score (APS) rose rapidly and remained at high levels, showing significantly higher values compared with the non-PD and mild PD groups
