Using a rotarod apparatus under an accelerating rotation paradigm, motor endurance was measured. ALS mice showed a significant decline in motor performance compared with controls starting at 16 weeks of age. In contrast, AI-predicted PD score (APS) analysis revealed no difference between the two groups
