Monitoring of the functional characteristics and multiscale intestine mechanism of the Au@HCP NTs sensor. (IMAGE)
Caption
Through structural design and interface engineering, the Au@HCP NTs sensor systematically addresses three key challenges: adaptation to mechanical deformation, resistance to biofouling, and highly selective recognition of structurally similar small molecules, thereby advancing electrochemical in vivo biosensing and revealing the central role of enterochromaffin cells (ECs) in integrating immune and mechanical signals.
