Figure 3. Clinical and ex vivo validation of combined PN injections and surface-emitting micro-LED treatment. In a split-face clinical trial involving 33 participants, the combination treatment improved all five skin-brightening parameters and produced approximately 4.1 times the improvement in deep skin elasticity observed with PN injections alone.. In human-derived skin tissue, the combination also reduced the expression of the melanogenesis-related markers MITF and TYR, supporting the observed skin-brightening effect.
