Figure 1. Device schematic diagram. Schematic of the inverse-designed silicon photonic meta-chip. Based on inverse-designed meta-waveguide structures combined with a multi-channel amplitude-phase-polarization fully tunable photonic integrated circuit (PIC), real-time dynamic manipulation of structured light fields across more than eight Poincaré spheres is successfully demonstrated.
