Regions for which a mantle flow model predicts a dynamic topography history conducive (orange) or non-conducive (grey) to Great Unconformity formation and preservation. Laurentia (‘LAU’), Baltica (‘BAL’), and North China (‘NCH’) are three regions where the Great Unconformity is well documented.
