がん腹膜播種増大の分子メカニズム

胃がん腹膜播種において、腹水中のCAFsは、周囲の炎症環境によって、細胞老化を起こします。細胞老化を起こした CAFsは、老化関連タンパク質を形成する遺伝子（SASP gene）が活性化されることによって、がん進展を促進する老化関連タンパク質を分泌し続け、がん腹膜播種が増大します。
