Nurses Cut Stress 40 Percent with Relaxation Steps at Work (AUDIO)

It's estimated that one million people a day miss work in the United States because they're too stressed out. To help lower stress in the workplace, researchers at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center conducted a study with staff members in a surgical intensive care unit (ICU). They found that a few simple on-the-job relaxation techniques cut stress levels by 40 percent and lowered the risk of burnout.
