ヒトiPS細胞の分化誘導と細胞移植

ヒトiPS細胞から効率的に細胞を分化させることで目的の細胞を大量に作成することが可能であり、またコネキシン以外の内耳細胞に特有なタンパク質の発現を多数確認した。さらに移植方法を検討することにより胎生期のマウス内耳への移植を可能とした。
