Improvement of limb salvage and blood perfusion of different hEPC-treated ischemic mice models.

(A) Evaluation of physiological status of hPEC-treated ischemic mice models. The limb loss, foot necrosis and limb salvage of hEPC-treated ischemic mice were directly visualized with photo images for 28 days. The blood perfusion of hEPC-treated ischemic mice were imaged with laser Doppler imaging system for 28 days. (B) Limb loss, foot necrosis and limb salvage of hEPC-treated ischemic mice models on day 28. (C) The relative blood perfusion ratio of hEPC-treated ischemic mice models was evaluated using laser Doppler imaging system for 28 days.
