Catching European Perch for the Biotest Enclosure Study

Researchers were able to use European perch (Perca fluviatilis) that lived both inside and outside of the Biotest pool on the Swedish coast of the Baltic Sea. The perch were living in nearly identical environments, except that water temperatures in the Biotest pool were 5-10 degrees C. warmer than the Baltic.
