A panoramic view of the "bat lab" at Johns Hopkins University taken during experiment preparation shows the multiple cameras and ultrasonic microphones used to capture a bat's sonar signal during flight. During the actual sonar experiments the cables were tidied up and all exposed metal surfaces were covered by felt.
