Blood glucose concentrations (left panel) and area under the curve (AUC) of blood glucose levels as determined by the OGTT (right panel) are shown. In the CD153-CpG-vaccinated group, the glucose tolerance was remarkably improved compared with those in the KLH-CpG-vaccinated group and in the HFD control group.
