This clip reel includes b-roll footage of Derek Angus, M.D., M.P.H., and Christopher Seymour, M.D., M.Sc., both of the University of Pittsburgh Department of Critical Care Medicine discussing sepsis in various settings, including in an office, walking down the hall and in a laboratory. A lab technician pipettes samples and puts them in a freezer at the Clinical Research, Investigation, and Systems Modeling of Acute illness Center laboratory at the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine. Dr. Seymour and others consult a patient in the ICU at UPMC Montefiore Hospital.
