video: This is an animation a 3-D plasmon ruler with scaffold: Three-dimensional plasmon ruler. Four plasmonic rods are attached to a DNA origami cube, which works as a scaffold. The bioeneities link the fifth plasmonic rod and integrate it into the ruler system. The plasmonic assembly could act us a transducer, which delivers the information of the structural dynamics of the bio-entities optically. This video relates to an article that appeared in the June 17, 2011, issue of Science, published by AAAS. The study, by N.
