video: This video shows the flexibility of the genetic adaptor molecule, transfer RNA (tRNA), as it transits the protein synthesizing factory, the ribosome. The ribosome translates the 4-letter genetic code in messenger RNA, a copy of the information in DNA, into the 20-letter code of proteins. This video relates to an article that appeared in the May 20, 2011, issue of Science, published by AAAS. The study, by Dr. J.A.
