THP-1 cells were infected with retroviruses expressing two different shRNAs against MTK1 (#1 or #2). Infected cells were drug-selected, pooled and assayed for MTK1 expression by immunoblotting (left). The indicated MFs were stimulated with zymosan for the indicated times. The expression level of IL-6 mRNA was analyzed using qRT-PCR (right).
