Investigators from the Mass General Brigham healthcare system will present research discoveries and outcomes from clinical trials at the 2024 American Society of Hematology (ASH) Annual Meeting, held December 7-10, 2024, in San Diego.
The grant from the late Bernie Marcus and The Marcus Foundation will enable the FAU Marcus Institute of Integrative Health to expand its operations to provide more services and conduct more research. The institute also will enhance educational programs and expand community wellness initiatives, ultimately aiming to create a national model that demonstrates the effectiveness of comprehensive integrative health as the optimal approach for achieving overall well-being for everyone.
As global demand for raw materials intensifies due to the material needs of digitalization and decarbonization, the new MINE-THE-GAP project aims to address a critical knowledge gap in mining's environmental and social impacts by creating scalable, reliable mining indicators using advanced satellite data and artificial intelligence (AI).
