浙江大学魏威团队/福州大学张进团队联合研发多通道3D打印活性支架,定向诱导再生促进脊髓损伤后神经功能恢复

浙江大学魏威教授团队与福州大学张进教授团队联合研发了一种集成多通道3D打印支架与siRNA递送系统的协同治疗策略,用于同时提供物理导向、改善抑制性微环境并激活神经元内在再生能力,用于修复脊髓损伤(SCI)中的轴突再生受限和神经回路中断。该研究以“Multichannel 3D-printed bioactive scaffold combined with siRNA delivery to promote neurological recovery after spinal cord injury”为题,发表在Research上。
